Ok, my favourite from your list is Avery James. I've never come across an Avery (I think it's more of an American name) but I think it's great =) And James is a nice respectable name, and even better that it's keeping with family tradition. Trenton James is also cool, but not quite as cool as Avery =) Zane Joziah doesn't really do anything for me, I think there's too many "z"s happening, and the combination of the two names along with the "J" sound makes it a bit of a tongue twister, it just doesn't really flow well, in my opinion. Damien Blaze is my least favourite; Damien reminds me of the kid in the Omen, and Blaze never really seemed like a name for a human to me. I think Damien James would be better if you were to go with Damien. =)
Damien Blaze for sure, i'd kill for a cool name like that.

Avery James and Trenton James are unique and I like them very much more than the others.. also, congrats on your pregnancy and best wishes! :D
