i understand your concern about it not sounding right when he's older, but when he's older you'll be used to him.. that will have been his name his whole life so no matter what it is nothing will sound bad. i used to feel the same way, i mean imagine my name (Kelsey) for an older lady.. doesn't seem right compared to my grandma's names like Jean %26amp; Julia, but by the time i'm older my name will seem like an old lady name. haha.

The problem with that is that it's impossible to know what will flow into adult hood until the child actually reaches adult hood. 20 years ago, no one would have thought there would be a lot of adults named Shane walking around, but there are now.Cute baby boy names that also flow well into adult hood?
I love the name James because when they are younger you can call them Jimmy but when older James sounds very sophisticated.



Another is Matthew. Nicknames when they are little could be Matty then Matt then when a lot older either Matt or Matthew work.
