What do you think of these two baby boy names?

If our baby is a boy, we have narrowed it down to two names:



Nathan Albert Carmichael or Austin Reed Carmichael



Albert is the baby's dad's name %26amp; Reed is my last name but it won't be the baby's. Carmichael is the last name of the baby.



Which do you prefer and why? ThanksWhat do you think of these two baby boy names?

Sounds more like a name he can grow with. Nathan and Albert are both strong names where as I see Austin and Reed as little boy names that won't grow well.
I like Austin Reed better because Reed is one of my favorite names, except I like it spelled Reid, but since it's your last name you can't really change the spelling. I also like Austin way better than Nathan. But I like Nathaniel better than Austin. Nathaniel Albert or Nathaniel Reed with the nick name Nathan or Nate I would love.What do you think of these two baby boy names?
Why not Reed Albert Carmichael? I like the idea of him having both parents' names. Or Nathan Reed Carmichael. I guess I feel since the child gets the dad's last name having the mom's name in there too is cool.



But of your two I prefer "Austin Reed Carmichael." Austin is a youthful name and Austin Reed has a nice ring to it. Albert is an older name. (My dad's name is Albert!)What do you think of these two baby boy names?
I like the name Austin Reed better. Plus since Carmichael is the daddy's last name, it would be nice for the baby to have your last name as part of his name also.
Austin Reed Carmichael. I think it has a nice sound to it, and I love the name Reed. I also like the name Albert, but I'm not fond of Nathan/Nathaniel so I couldn't pick it.
